Privacy policy
Version of 5 November 2026
1. Who we are
This policy applies to the website of Cyberzone, an esports club in Lviv (11 Shpytalna St, 3rd floor). Personal data controller: [full name of the sole proprietor or legal entity, EDRPOU code or RNOKPP].
Contacts for personal data questions: phone +38 (063) 469 68 18, Telegram @cyberzoneadmin.
2. What data the website collects
The website has no sign-up, payment or contact forms and does not collect your personal data by itself.
In your browser (localStorage) the website keeps only one technical setting: that you have confirmed your age. It is not sent to us and is not used for advertising or analytics. You can delete it in your browser settings.
3. Bookings and club account
The “Book” buttons open a chat with the administrator in Telegram. The data you send there (name, nickname, phone number, preferred time) is used only to arrange your booking.
A club account is created at the club. To apply a discount or bonus, the administrator may check a document (passport, cadet or student ID).
4. Third-party services
Fonts, icons and libraries are served from our own server. Only a few files are loaded by your browser from third-party services, which may receive technical request data, including your IP address, under their own rules:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and attack protection);
- OpenStreetMap (the map in the “How to get here” section);
- Steam (game images) and Simple Icons (social network logos).
Links to Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Threads, Discord, FACEIT and Google Maps lead to third-party websites with their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you may find out which of your data we process, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, contact us using the details in section 1.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with its date shown at the top. This is a translation; if it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian version prevails.
