User agreement

1. General provisions

This agreement sets out the terms of use of the website of Cyberzone, an esports club in Lviv (11 Shpytalna St, 3rd floor). Website owner: [full name of the sole proprietor or legal entity, EDRPOU code or RNOKPP].

By using the website, you agree to this agreement and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information on the website

The website is for information only. Prices, opening hours, equipment and offer terms may change. Please check current details with the club administrator before your visit.

Information on the website is not a public offer. Services are provided under the club rules, available at the reception.

3. Bookings

Bookings are made through a Telegram chat with the administrator. A booking is confirmed only after the administrator replies.

4. Offers and bonuses

Each offer applies on the terms described on the website, provided you have a club account and the documents required for it. Offers cannot be combined unless their terms say otherwise. The club may change or end an offer by announcing it on the website or social networks.

5. Visiting rules

The club rules, including age restrictions, are set by the management and displayed at the club. Visitors must follow them.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and club photos on the website belong to Cyberzone. Copying them without permission is prohibited. Game titles, trademarks and images of games and partners belong to their owners and are used to show the games and equipment available at the club.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete at every moment. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.
